with a lot to do… I think…

mental green checks of something done or an empty square for that checkmark… next to the next thing to do…

anxiousness in my sleep or fully awake…

the voice of mind can be overbearing… come back to that…

joy of constructing busyness out of busyness… to feel satisfied/ be noticed… stress… get busy that will help/ rather distract… what I was… projects half constructed thought of or finished… another cell notification… pondering six days from now busyness awaits… me… scan the calendar again… how many times in a day… distracted by being distracted… working lunch… its lunch but I am working… I don’t notice… pain yours or anyone else’s… a lie of practice… this blur propels… like the contents of one’s stomach… fragments each interaction… to be utterly present… with the inner self or another person is onerous… in silence apprehensive of echos… bounce within off hollowness… addicts to
